Nestled in the heart of Helena, Montana, Creekside Meadows is a wedding venue that captures the essence of Big Sky Country. With its rustic charm and natural elegance, it’s no wonder the venue is a favorite for couples seeking a picturesque wedding setting. Grayson and Ginny had a beautiful Helena, Montana wedding in the summer at this venue and I was so honored to tell their story.

Their Helena Montana Wedding Story

While Ginny is originally from Montana, she and Grayson met in Arizona while they were both in school. After graduation, they moved to Grayson’s home town of Virginia Beach. Following their engagement, they decided to come back to Ginny’s hometown of Helena to have the wedding! Their family and friends traveled from all over to spend the weekend with them, and it was truly special.

The pair found Creekside Meadows in their search for Montana wedding venues, and it was the perfect fit. Ginny got her flowers from Gardenwerks Flower Farm and they were STUNNING. Her wedding gown is from The White Dress and was oh so beautiful.

The weekend began with a tear-filled rehearsal dinner. Friends and family gathered to share heartfelt toasts and stories that highlighted the depth of Ginny and Grayson’s relationship. I captured the evening and felt deeply moved by the genuine love and connection surrounding them. The intimate setting of the dinner set the tone for what would become an extraordinary Helena, Montana wedding.

The Montana sun was bright and hot on their July wedding day, however nothing could stop the couple’s giddy spirits. From the getting-ready moments to the first touch, the anticipation leading up to the ceremony was palpable. As a photographer, I have such a fun perspective where I get to see both the bride and groom excited and nervous to see their person and I love it!

Their ceremony was tender and heartfelt and was immediately followed by SO. MUCH. JOY. They served a delicious dinner that included a few more fun speeches, and then danced the night away!
